The Dominator Is Done..Maybe?

Big Brother 19 Episode 11 Recap

Whew, that Den of Temptation could have really messed things up tonight, but in the end it didn't. Tonight, the writing was on the wall for Dominique. She really had no shot. Right after the Veto ceremony she just sort of did her own thing and overheard Elena talking about her and called her out. That didn't work and some how Paul got brought into it. It just was a trainwreck.

As for our other nominee Jessica, she approached Raven and Elena about trying to get back in their good graces however Raven "sees right through her." Listen, Raven doesn't know anything. She sits around with Matt and does nothing. Stop it. However, Jessica doing this and putting into words that she wants to get back in with everyone is just not a good move. She should be letting it happen more naturally. This always works better. If you tell someone something along the lines of you wanting to mend fences, then it will be perceived as just game talk. Be genuine and make friends Jessica. Just lay low and hang out with everyone. After a couple of weeks, this will work and you will have new allies.

Most of the night was dedicated to Josh and Mark's big fight over a game of pool. This is the Josh we all want. We need more fights. What turned into Mark just joking around, Josh started throwing him under the bus about knowing about the Paul plan and not being a man of his word. It really escalated to the point he told Mark to not talk to him anymore. Then Jessica starts coming in and argues with Mark.

All three parties were really to blame here. Josh took it way further than it needed to go and he just showed the house how crazy he was. Mark should not have thrown the crap in Josh's face because he knew what was going to happen. Jessica should not have argued because she was on the block. Granted I don't think it would have effected too much, but still Jessica needs to lay low. Especially now that she has the Halting Hex and it seems that Paul knows about it.

No post tomorrow over the Battle Back, but Cody or Cameron would be the most interesting if they came back. My money is on Cody, but anything can happen. If Dominique somehow manages to come back, then Paul is in trouble!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
