1.1 John 4:4

You are from God, children, and you have conquered them, because the One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

2. Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

3. Psalm 62:8

For God is our refuge.

4. 1 Peter 5:7

Cast all of your anxieties on Him, because he cares for you.

5. Psalm 61:2

When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you, he will never let the righteous be shaken.

When I said, "my foot is slipping," your love O Lord, supported me. When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought joy to my soul.

With His love, he will calm all your fears.

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear.

In a world where anxiety and stress have an overwhelming presence, I have days where I constantly need to remind myself that the Lord is there, walking alongside me, ready to catch me if I stumble. And through faith I know that He always is. So take a deep breath, He's got this.
