Anyone who has seen the FOX TV series "Bob's Burgers" has come to know and love the Belcher family.
Despite the crazy antics that occur in each episode, the family dynamic represented through the Belchers is one of the most well-adjusted and healthy relationships I've ever seen.
The Belchers truly love and support each member of the family, but also aren't afraid to make fun of each other and call someone out on their B.S.
It is well known that Bob's restaurant isn't doing so well.
But the rest of the family continues to support him and his dream.
The kids even go on a wild goose chase for an ingredient during a cook-off that Bob is participating in.
When Linda is asked to play in her old band at her high school reunion, the whole family supports her rock-star ambitions despite her fears.
Linda generally doesn't try to control her children's interests and passions and is happy if the kids are happy (and if she has a drink), no matter what they are doing.
Tina, being a teenager, has the most issues that need family support.
Boys, friends, and trying to find her passion all play a role in her character. She might have some strange and even off-putting hobbies (writing erotic zombie fan fiction) that her family may not enjoy the details of...
but they never tell her to stop and always come around to support her when she really needs it (like getting her first kiss).
Gene is the most dramatic child of the bunch.
He develops a passion for music, specifically the keyboard throughout the series. Once again, the family may not always enjoy the noises his keyboard makes, especially the farts...
But they often encourage his development and give him platforms to play from, like wearing a burger suit outside the restaurant.
Gene is also the most creative and the most comfortable in his own skin—and the family embraces him for who he is without trying to change him.
Louise may be the youngest, but is the obvious leader and schemer of the three children.
Despite her whining about her family...
And her attempts to run away (to avoid the dentist, to be fair),
Many of Louise's schemes are for the benefit of the family, or what she perceives as benefiting them.
And even though the family may get annoyed with her, the family comes together to help her get her ears back when an older bully steals them.
And Tina, the relationship expert, helps Louise deal with her first crush.
Bless the Belchers.
