16 Things That Happen When You're Addicted To 'Grey's Anatomy'

1. You think you're a doctor after just one episode. We've all been there. You think you can diagnose all your friends when they get sick just because you've seen Meredith Grey do it.

2. You're disappointed when you discover that not all doctors look like Derek Shepherd, Mark Sloan, Alex Karev, or Jackson Avery. No doctor can compare to these men. You're basically set up for disappointment every time you go to see a doctor.

3. You find the person who becomes your "person." I did. There's an unbreakable bond between the two of you. Cristina Yang and Meredith Grey ain't got nothing on your friendship.

4. You want to become a doctor. Just watching what goes on in a hospital makes you ache to be in the same setting, even if you previously wanted to be a lawyer, for example.

5. You cry. A lot. Tears will flow every other episode, if you're lucky. For those unlucky souls, you will cry every single episode, probably more than once.

6. You become attached to the characters. They become like your family, and when you lose someone, you will sob ugly sobs.

7. Sleep will be lost. You can only tell yourself "one more episode" so many times before you just give up and stay awake all night to finish the season.

8. You will hate Shonda Rhimes. It is inevitable that you will develop an extreme hatred for the woman who created the show as she tears your heart out every episode.

9. Meredith Grey's monologues at the beginning and end of each episode teach you real life lessons. There is some wisdom to take from our favorite doctor. Listen closely.

10. Derek and Meredith set your relationship expectations way up high. They're perfect, and everyone wants a relationship like theirs.

11. Once you start, you can't stop. It's true. There is no way you can watch just one season. You have to watch until you're begging for the next season to be on the air.

12. Thirty-second dance parties become a ritual when you're stressed. Seriously. Try it

13. You secretly wish someone would build you a dream house in the woods. Only if it looks like Derek's though.

14. Tequila solves all problems. But only if you're of legal drinking age!

15. You dream of going to Seattle. Besides, who wouldn't want to see such a beautiful city?

16. The show becomes like a religion to you. You eat, sleep, breathe "Grey's Anatomy."

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.
