Finally! The beach days are here, and we're all in the need for some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
And as the weather warms up and the beach days are just beginning…
I'd like to dedicate this article to the significance of sunscreen and how to avoid harm from strong ultraviolet rays.
This is going to be fun, right?
Yeah, please.
Glad you're still with me.
But as important as sunscreen is, I'm actually here to remind you of the beach day ~vibes~ that are often overlooked.
Beach goers need to remember:
Every body is a beach body.
Set this as your lock screen, or get this as a face tattoo. Do whatever you can to remember this, because whether you're 20 or 72, this saying will still be true.
Embrace the day.
The weather is good, the bathing suit you are wearing is good, the family and friends you are with are good, not to risk it, but I think you could say... life is good.
Take in the small talk.
Yeah, headphones are cool, but hearing the ~tea~ of all the different groups of people sitting around you is even cooler.
Put the phone down and look at the view.
Yes, you're killing it and you want everyone to know, but save the posting and the scrolling for when you're back in your room, and missing a beautiful ocean view with the people you care about enjoying it with you.
Go as many times as you can.
Unfortunately, as much as we all want it to, the summer doesn't last forever, so soak up some sun, and take advantage of beach days whenever you can, because this summer is going to fly by.
