As long as there is darkness, there will be Batman. As long as there are evil-doers, there will be Batman. As long as there is prejudice, hate and fear, there will be Batman and no different for this action-packed thrill ride that calls itself, "Batman Begins".
It takes us back to when Bruce Wayne was a young boy and his parents were killed. Years later, Bruce becomes the heir to Wayne Enterprises and takes over the company.
Somewhere in the middle, Bruce finds himself in "no man's land" face to face with his teacher Ra's al Ghul who trains Bruce to become the Batman.
This story, unlike most other Batman films, sheds some light on Batman's story and how he really became the batman and why he chose bats as his symbol. The answer might surprise you. In any case, Christopher Nolan gives a certified fresh new take on Batman, bolstered by a slam-dunk performance by its lead Christian Bale and to have Cillian Murphy as the Scarecrow is a nightmarish dream in an of itself. Murphy isn't as strong-handed as other previous Batman villains, but he has that subtle creepy quality that makes a better and darker atmosphere in this Batman film. This film has drive and accelerated action just like Batman's car.
