"Basic" Isn't Bad

These things have developed a negative connotation as "basic," yet I can't think of anything better:

1. Leggings

Seriously, they are beyond comfortable.

2. Converse

But what is cooler than converse? You can wear every color, they are perfect for any summer or spring outing.

3. Starbucks

Don't even need to argue for this one.

4. “Can't Even"

You know what? Sometimes you just can't even.

5. The selfie stick

Sometimes you need to take a big group picture… Sometimes it doesn't even matter that it looks ridiculous.

6. Beyonce

I love you, I always will. You're my spirit animal.

7. Flannels

Shows off how comfy, casual and hipster I am. Ya know?

8. Instagram

Because how could I show off anything without it? #nofilter #follow4follow

9. Oversized sweaters

Comfort is key here, people.
