How to use L.O.L slangs to describe the Avengers in the Infinity War

We all know that League of Legends has many interesting slang terms that specifically belong to this game. It is a game that has two teams fight each other to protect their own bases and destroy the enemy’s inhibitors. After I saw the movie Avengers 3: the Infinity War last week, I related the movie with the game so naturally that I want to express my ideas in an article, with this the LOL players can all resonate with me.

Loki died at the very beginning of the movie. He is the first blood spilled and first kill for sure. His death shows how powerful the enemies are.

2. Thor—Carry, MVP

Thor was almost beaten to death at the very beginning. He lost his most powerful weapon in the last movie and there is no chance that he can fight Thanos without the hammer. However, after he farmed himself secretly and returned to the battlefield. He became so strong that he was the only one who could beat Thanos, well, almost, if Thanos doesn’t have the time stone. Thor is definitely the MVP of the defeated and he carried the whole team.

3. Starlord - Actor

You may be wondering what is an actor, an actor is a person who helps the enemy in a concealed way and still acts like he is with the team. That’s because he is on the enemy’s side all the time. In the movie, all the others fight so hard that they almost get the glove off of Thanos’s hand. However, Star-Lord got pissed off that he just hit Thanos without any consideration.

It seems that his emotions get him out of control, but if it’s in League of Legends, the whole team will report this stupid knucklehead to death. Of course, we know Star-Lord is not with Thanos, it is just fun to relate that his actions are so much like an actor in League of Legends.

4. Captain America - Gank

The feeding means you die so many times with free heads that lets the enemy get so strong and wealthy. Gamora in the movie first just give the red stone to Thanos that he doesn’t even have to take any effort. She then offered as a free kill for Thanos to get the soul stone. Gamora herself basically gifted two stones to Thanos. She is feeding the enemy to become bigger and stronger undoubtedly.

6. Hulk - Tank

A tank is a tough champion who sacrifice itself to earn total control for the team. Tanks usually are the muscle guys that can hold the most total damage to a team. Hulk is no wonder the strongest tank in Avengers team. However, in Avengers 3, Hulk fails to farm himself and gets pin down by Thanos at the very beginning of the game. Although Hulk uses his ultimate skill at the very beginning, he is actually out of the game and leaves Dr. Banner all by himself in the game.

It’s a really sad defeat for all our Avengers team. The inhibitors got destroyed and the base got torn down. Most unacceptably, many Avengers just vanished for no reasons. I still can’t figure out why these, not those. The movie doesn’t give us answers at all. I just hope the 4 in the next coming year can solve all these puzzles for its audiences and don’t let us down.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
