As a girl who has always dreamed of being a ballerina, there's a special place in my heart for tulle. If you have seen my Instagram, you know that I usually show this love by prancing around in breezy tulle skirts in an assortment of colors. While I love those poofy skirts, I needed to translate this breezy look for work. Because most corporate employers won't feel the same about dance skirts, I looked around for something that would fit the bill. And here it is! A tulle top with a humble amount of fluff, but bouncy enough to steal my heart.
