On January 17, 2019, the Goddess that is Ariana Grande released the smash hit "7 Rings," a song describing how she's so rich and independent that if she wants something, she buys it for herself and that's that. I've declared that "7 Rings" is the mood for 2019... this is the year of us. This year, we shall buy matching rings (with, probably not for) 6 of our bitches, and flaunt our gloss that's gonna be poppin... we may not have Ariana's funds, but that isn't stopping us from having her attitude.

Ariana had an eventful 2018, with a major breakup, engagement, death of a Mac, another major breakup, and an album release... 2018 was a big year for her. She took everything as motivation to continue moving forward, be thankful for where she's come from, and keep pushing herself to be better... for no one but herself. No one can stop her from being her best self, and if they don't like it they can leave. In 2019 we don't allow toxicity. We don't put anyone before ourselves before we reach the top of our own mountains.

She is glowing, inside and out and focusing on herself and being the best Ariana she can be. This is the ultimate self-care. We need to stop focusing on guys who think telling us we "give them boners" is better than glowing with our girls and pampering ourselves. So, ladies and gents, 2019 is the year we all whip out the big furry coats, get our nails done, doll ourselves up, or do whatever it is that makes you feel like the most amazing version of yourself is and let yourself shine. Make the world want to be you. Be the person you have always wanted to be, and don't let anyone or thing stop you from getting everything you want.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
