7 Aquamarine Quotes That Are Perfect If You're Struggling With An Instagram Caption

Aquamarine is without a doubt one of the best movies from my childhood. If you haven't seen it, where have you been? It's not too late either because I watched it last week and it was just as great as it was when I was eight-years-old. There are some fantastic one-liners in that movie ranging from hysterical to heartwarming. Below are seven quotes that could totally be used as an Instagram caption.

1. "I just want you to know, if Leonard comes in here and chops us up into a million pieces, that you are totally, completely, and eternally my best friend."

This is great for a heartfelt shoutout to your best friend, a picture of your pet, the list goes on. This also sends the message without being too sappy. Bonus: it can be a little insider since not everyone will get the reference. How cute.

2. "They love to give compliments. It's nice when you need a little boost."

This is another quote you can use with your friends. A good pal should always have some nice things to say about you so this can be applied to anyone.

3. "That was tight, *insert name of S.O.*"

A great compliment. This quote is a little more tricky because in order to use it you're going to need a significant order. But, if you are lucky unlike me, you can use this off the ying-yang.

4. "Did you know you can hear the ocean through these? Well, it works both ways. The ocean can hear you, too"

A perfect caption if you're on the beach posting a solo or group shot with seashells as people do. The pose might be basic, but your caption doesn't have to be.

5. "Why go through life unnoticed?"

A great one to use when you're about to drop a FIRE solo shot.

6. "Sometimes you have to leave home to figure out what you want"

Good to use if you're posting about being someplace new and exciting. Pro tip: post a picture of a sunset with this caption or in black and white -- that's deep.

7. "I'm never going to see him again. You know what? He doesn't even care"

This is a great one if you get way too invested in a musician/group, let's say for sh*ts and giggles One Direction (and pretend they didn't break up). Post this picture after the concert to let everyone know that your obsession is unhealthy.

I hope that these helped you out. Even if they didn't maybe this will convince you to re-watch this fabulous movie!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
