Mans best friend, a girl's best friend whatever the case may be, fur-babies have such a huge impact on our lives. They are there when we need them most, during the good and the bad times. They are always there.
Sadly our doggos don't live forever and the saying is true:
" They may only be a part of your life, but you are their whole life"
They may be just a part of our lives but the impact they make on our lives lasts a lifetime and when it comes to being their time… the pain of losing them, well that's… that's a different type of pain.
It feels like a piece of your heart was literally just broken off.
The only comfort we can take from it is the fact that they lived a full life, that you gave them the best life you could. As well the fact that they know you loved them with every ounce of your being because you know for sure that they loved you too.
Now the question is this, where do dogs go after they pass? Well for me the answer is simple. Just like the movie is titled, All Dogs Go To Heaven, and this is why…
1. These little pups are incapable of any evil, all they know to do is love.
2. They would do anything to help their humans
3. They teach us how to love...
4. God has a deep love for all of his creatures...
Its true, God loves all of his creatures. Heaven is not just for humans, pope Francis even states "One day we will see our animals again in the eternity of Christ. Paradise is open to all of Gods creatures."
I heard someone describe heaven "that once you get there you will know, because once you get to Heaven's gates all the dogs you have ever loved will run to greet you" that to me sounds like heaven, knowing that one day I will be reunited with my fur-babies.
