What do you do when you move on to campus for the first time and have no clue what you are doing? You see what others are doing to survive.

You google some ideas:

1. Laundry

a) Sort by color.

b) Sort by fabric.

c) Read directions.

d)Fight stains

2. Out the Door in Five

a) Grab your favorite everyday piece.

b) Twist your hair in a messy topknot.

c) Skip the multistep skin routine, use a BB cream.

d) Keep the makeup simple.

e) Grab a simple accessory and sprintz on your signature perfume.

3. Sickness

a) upset stomach- Starch helps coat the stomach with a soothing effect.

b) fever- Take ibuprofen, and apply a cold compress.

c) cold- Eat chicken noodle soup.

d) flu- Keep a sports drink with electrolytes nearby to stay hydrated.

e) stressed- Soak up the sunlight.

4. Money Management

a) Find a side hustle.

b) Save money.

c) Choose your priorities.

5. Difference of Opinions

a) Do NOT debate serious topics over social media.

Social media is full of arguments.

b) Speak your views with facts, and be willing to listen to the other side.

c) Do NOT try to force your views on someone else.

6. Manners

a) Put your electronics away.

b) Be on time.

c) Show appreciation.

7. Love Your Body

a) Change up how you talk to yourself before you change the look.
