Regardless of whether you consider yourself a good singer or not, singing in the car is an excellent stress reliever that everyone can enjoy. Especially during summer, keeping yourself busy with a relaxing drive and the tunes you love is a necessity in surviving the struggles of adult life. Besides, after long shifts that make you wonder how much more human interaction you can handle before you eventually snap, nothing feels better than enjoying your favorite music while driving down the highway. Enjoy these soulful old time ballads that never fail to make me smile, and while they can't fix bitter customers and aching feet, they sure make them a hell of a lot easier to deal with.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine.
