College students are the ultimate example of multi-tasking at its finest. We can balance doing every single one of these things all at the same time! We're such a skilled group of people. I know for a fact every college student in the entire world has done every single thing on this list, and if they haven't, good for you I guess?

1. Texting

If you have a MacBook, it makes texting in class all the more tempting, and all the easier. We're all guilty as charged of staring at our phones behind our laptops waiting for bae to finally respond or your BFF to text back with some of that juicy gossip she overheard.

2. Writing your Odyssey article

If the class is boring and easy AF, why not make it productive and get this week's article done?

3. Watching Netflix

Why stop watching Netflix just because you're in class??? Commence with the binging!

4. Online shopping

Who knew Amazon had such a cute selection of sorority apparel at a modest price? Should I get all my Christmas shopping done now? Who knew that a bank account could be drained so fast?!

5. Sleeping

Starting your day at 9 a.m. after going to bed at 1 a.m. takes a toll on the body, so feel free to catch those Zs. I'm sure the professor totally won't care and completely understands.

6. Scrolling mindlessly through Instagram

It's Adam and Claire's one year anniversary...so precious! Oh, it's another pic from Ashley, she must think we don't remember she's a bikini ambassador, or what her butt looks like! I guess I'll give them a pity like, because I'm an amazing human being and follower.

7. Doing other classes homework assignments

Forgot chemistry was due in an hour? Thank goodness you remembered to do it, you organized college student you! Hopefully, no important material is covered in the class you're in now. You'll just ask the smart kid next to you what you missed after class.

8. Watch and rewatch peoples' Snapchat stories, and then send snaps to keep your streaks alive

Why watch that random frat guy jump onto a table from an elevated surface once when you can watch, like, four times? And don't forget your streaks, because keeping them alive takes precedence over paying attention in class all day every day.

9. Actually learn

Surprise! College students learn in class, and it's not that uncommon. We take notes, pay attention, and pass our exams with flying colors! JK, we're not perfect at all, but we try for our parents.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
