You have your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, and cable. But sometimes you get tired of the same old show. You want your favorite networks to come out with something NEW. Well, here are some suggestions to get the ball rolling.
1. The Bachelor: After The Final Rose
This is already a thing but instead of having just one night, have an entire show that's not about finding love but about all the Bachelor "alums" hanging out, going clubbing. It'd be like a "Bachelor in Paradise" but without the pressure of finding love.
2. Keeping Up With Donald Trump's Twitter
I mean seriously, he tweets so much even I can't keep up with him. How many times a day does this man tweet?? There would have to be an entire show to help me keep up with his tweets and his life. The show would follow him around the White House, his job, his family, and most importantly, his Twitter.
3. Frat House Hunters
It's like regular House Hunters, but for frat houses. The President of the fraternity goes around with his right-hand man and looks for houses. Criteria: closed floor layout, large basement, huge backyard for keggers and "pledging activities", fireplace, several bedrooms, an attic, and a large front porch. Think of their budgets.
4. Gossip Girl: LA Edition
Who wants to see a spinoff of Gossip Girl?? Me!!! But the stars have said that they didn't want to do a spinoff, SOO how about the creators of GG get together and make a completely new spinoff and it's about characters in LA? That way, the old stars can come and guest star and it would be like a new Gossip Girl! Who doesn't want to see their favorite one and only source into the scandalous lives of Manhattan's elite.
5. Jersey Shore: Reunion
It was already a show and then it left, but it seriously needs to come back. All your favorite characters back in that house, back on the shore, ready to tear the strip up. Add in some new characters and you have the juice and dirt that's ready to come out.
6. A Frat Life
Kinda like Frat House Hunters but instead, it follows the life of a frat guy living in his frat house with all of his frat brothers. You get to see all the "legendary parties", a fraternity chapter meeting (a dream of mine), and what it's like to be a fraternity brother. This could be fiction or a reality show, but I think it would be better if it was fiction. There could be more exaggerated storylines that make for great ratings.
7. An American Girl's Life
Any of you girls out there had/have American Girl dolls?? I have three of them. And I read all the books that came along with it. I had little tea parties. But there really should be a show on these American Girls. Picture it: one American Girl (think a basic millennial betch with Starbucks in her hand wearing a Patagonia) just living her life. I would watch it at 21 years old.
8. The Bachelor: Celebrity Edition
Another Bachelor show because why not? But what if Chris Harrison and the Bachelor peeps wanted to spruce up the show? What if they decided to make the Bachelor Ryan Gosling or Robert Downy Jr. or someone single (obvs). If they made them the Bachelor, I would sign up REAL QUICK. The amount of press and publicity that show would get would be astounding.
Please ABC, NBC, CBS, HGTV, Disney Channel... make these shows happen for me.
