8 Things That Will Get You Excited for Hanukkah

Hanukkah begins on Tuesday; here are eight things to get you excited for the eight crazy nights ahead. 

1. This song by Six13, set to the tune of Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off."

First there was this Passover song to "Let It Go" and "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" from Frozen, now there's this. Genius. Plus, if you didn't know how to play dreidel, now you do. 

2. And this one by the Maccabeats to Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass." 

Neis means miracle, and Hanukkah celebrates the miracle of the Maccabees having enough oil to last eight days in the Holy Temple instead of one. 

3. And of course, this holiday classic.

Put on your yarmulke, here comes Hanukkah! Never gets old. 

4. These latkes.
