Karev is the bomb.com and he knows it. He doesn't need anyone to tell him how bad-ass he is.

From his friends to his patients, Karev is always ready to fight for who he cares about.

Even though Karev was in love with Izzie, he carried her out when Denny died. He was always there when Arizona needed to talk or needed him to take over her surgeries.
