I’ll be honest. I haven’t had a lot of inspiration for the past month, and it’s been really annoying. Writer’s block is my ultimate enemy - sitting down at my computer, staring at an empty screen, fingers twitching with everything and nothing to say. Here are nine gifs that encompass the all-too familiar feeling of writer’s block.

1. Attempting to decide on a topic to write.

You either have too many choices, or none.

2. Trying to sit down to write something

3. Realizing you have writer’s block

4. Deciding to overcome your writer’s block

Aka looking up “Tips on how to overcome writer’s block” and following them like the bible.

5. Trying to get those “creative juices flowing” by dancing, as suggested by multiple articles

6. Attempting to freewrite

7. Realizing you still have writer’s block and giving up

8. Miraculously coming up with something to write

Good luck with your writer’s block!

When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
