8 Of The Best Coffee Shops To Visit In Indianapolis

8 Of The Best Coffee Shops To Visit In Indianapolis

There is nothing quite like a cozy coffee shop. Whether you are into coffee or not, it is hard to resist the feeling of being in a quaint coffee shop getting work done or catching up with friends. Recently, I have been really into exploring coffee shops in the Indianapolis area and I have been able to find a couple of hidden gems along the way! Here is a list of my favorite coffee shops in the Indy area:

1. Quills Coffee

As far as coffee goes, it does not get much better then Quills. From coffee to espresso, Quills knows what's up when it comes to making the perfect cup. Aside from the coffee, Quills is absolutely incredible when it comes to atmosphere. There are small study and work spaces where you can go and work privately if you need to. When it comes to coffee, Quills knocks it out of the park.

Favorite Drink: Dirty Chai Latte

2. Hubbard and Cravens

Hubbard and Cravens has a great atmosphere and even better coffee! Hubbard and Cravens is a great place to sit back and catch up with friends, read a good book or crank out an assignment.

Favorite Drink: Iced Coffee

3. The Well Coffeehouse

I can not get enough of this place. Like many of the other places on this list, The Well Coffeehouse has beautiful decor with very rustic and homey vibes. Not only is their coffee delicious, but you can feel good about drinking it. With every cup of coffee you buy, you are contributing to the building of a well that provides access to safe and clean drinking water to thousands of people.

Favorite Drink: Mayan Mocha Latte

4. Monon Coffee Company

Monon Coffee Company gives off the ultimate homey vibes. This quiet little gem of a coffee shop is the perfect place to write a paper or study for an exam. They have some of the best coffee and pastries around!

Favorite Drink: White Mocha

5. Kaffeine Coffee Co.

Can I just say, this place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL in all aspects! From their decor to their lattes, Kaffeine knows what up. Kaffeine is known for its tasty brews from all around the world.

Favorite Drink: Cold Brew

6. Coat Check Coffee

Like all of the others on this list, Coat Check Coffee has amazing vibes and even better drinks. Not only are their lattes delicious, they are beautiful! This quaint little coffee shop is one of the best around!

Favorite Drink: Flat White

7. The Thirsty Scholar

The Thirsty Scholar is a kind of its own. Not only do they serve coffee and espresso drinks, they also serve wine. Aside from that, they serve delicious small plates. The Thirsty Scholar also often has live music playing at night. This gem of a coffee shop is perfect for late night studying or just spending time with friends.

Favorite Drink: Vanilla Latte

8. Calvin Fletcher's Coffee Company

Who doesn't love drinking coffee for a good cause? Calvin Fletcher's Coffee Company is a not-for-profit coffee company that puts all profits toward helping the Indianapolis community.
