If you're anything like me, you probably live for your "daily dose of cute" on social media, be it from a facebook page, a twitter account, or someone's Instagram. I wanna make sure you guys are getting the best of the best, though, so here are the top XX animal accounts on Instagram today!

1) @bethostern

Beth Stern is an actress, model, author, and animal rights activist who, in her free time, fosters and adopts out stray, orphaned, and abandoned cats. Her lil sweeties are so cute and you might even be able to adopt one!

2) @pumpkintheraccoon

Pumpkin is a precious rescue raccoon who now leads a happy life with her canine buddies and her rescue family! Her aesthetic is adorable and she's a sweetheart.

Spike is a fantastic artist and generally talented young man! He is beautiful and beloved.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
