Honestly, anytime is a good time, but just in case you're not sure here a few times that will really make her smile and confidence soar.

1. First Thing In The Morning

Even when she's rocking gnarly bed head and the river of drool that left her mouth in the middle of the night has turned into a white crust, you can still tell her she's beautiful. It's a wonderful way for her to start her day.

2. When It's Apparent That She's Put A Significant Amount Of Time Into Her Look

If you're planning and night out or headed to a special event, and she's been in the bathroom for what seems like an eternity, I can guarantee you she's not sitting on the toilet scrolling through Facebook feeds. She's most likely been spending the time perfecting her cat eye and subtle beach waves. So when she finally walks out of the bathroom be sure to tell her she's beautiful.

3. If She Looks Like She's Had A Bad Day

A compliment can go a long way. Especially when she's been having a bad. Whether she was let go for her job, got into a fight with a friend or isn't quite sure what she wants to do with her life, give her a hug, tell her that things will be OK and tell her that she looks beautiful.

4. After She's Had A Good Day

She'll probably come home or meet up with and be beaming because she's had a wonderful day. Whatever the reason is, her smile may appear particularly bright, her walk may have that extra skip and she may give you a big hug or sweet kiss. Telling her she's beautiful will be the cherry on top of a great day.

5. When You're Having A Quiet Moment And Notice Something Special About Her

Some say that a look can say it all, but it never hurts to say how you feel in the moment. So if you two are quietly reading on the porch or taking a simple stroll together, and you look up and remember why you fell in love with her or noticed a new freckle on her nose, let her know. Hearing those words will sing through her ears for days.

6. After She's Been Working Out

When she comes home or you meet up and it's clear she just spent some time at the gym or in a class and her hair is a little frizzy, her face is red with sweat and she seems a little fatigue, tell her how beautiful she looks, or greet her with a, "Hey beautiful!" Watch how quickly she perks up and fresh she will feel.

7. Because It's Wednesday.

Or really any day of the week. Send a sweet text, message or make a phone call to tell her she's beautiful just because. It's like the time your dad brought home your mom flowers just because. He saw them and thought of her. Same goes with calling someone special beautiful when a thought of her crossed your mind.

The truth passing a compliment on to anyone will make their day. If there is one thing in this world that should spread like wild fire it's kindness. Not isolation or hate. Whether it's your girlfriend, boyfriend, friend, family member, or a complete stranger, try passing along a sweet compliment. Tell them their smile is wonderful, the shirt their wearing looks great on them or just tell the to have a nice day. Watching that special person light up will make their day great and be one of the more gratifying things you will experience. Spread the love!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
