If you haven't been living under a rock recently, you'll know that the new NBC show 'This Is Us' has become a pretty big hit. The show makes you cry, laugh, and have all the feels in just one hour. Thank god there are commercial breaks to comprehend these emotions before more start coming. If you've become an avid fan of the show, you feelings may include, but are certainly not limited to the following:

1. Jack is the best man in the world.

Why haven't I found a guy even half as nice??

2. A man who shows his feelings?

He is truly one of a kind.

3. Randall is hilarious.

At times he's put in awkward situations, and is all around [one of the] greatest dads on the show.

4. Relationship goals

I wonder how Beth and Randall remain so calm and collective. And in the toughest times, are totally there for each other.

5. The catchlines and cute remarks help make the show what it is.

6. I'm constantly rooting for Kate and Toby.

Kate and Toby's relationship might fluctuate, but I'm always rooting for them, especially when Toby sweeps Kate off her feet now and then.

7. Hoping one day you're swept off your feet.

But in the meantime, being totally content with watching and rewatching "This Is Us."

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
