Growing up pale can be difficult sometimes. While all of your friends are out tanning and showing off their golden skin, you're hiding in the shade to keep from turning into a lobster. And sometimes this means that you get to serve as the butt of a few jokes now and then. Everyone talks about how they love long tan legs, while you are walking around with your pale noodle legs. So, yeah, It's not always easy to have porcelain skin. Here are 7 struggles of being pale.

1. You have to listen to all of your tan friends talk about how "pasty" they are, when they really aren't at all.

2. You spend more than 5 minutes outside and you're burnt.

3. You have to have the right lighting in pictures or else you look solid white.

4. You get referred to as "Casper" regularly.

6. Everyone likes to compare their tan to yours.

7. Spray tans look unnatural.

But, it's OK. You're beautiful just the way you are.
