Binge-watching: The practice of watching multiple episodes of a television program in rapid succession. It's a disease, a sickness, and an addiction. Something we do that slowly controls our lives. Here are seven signs that you are addicted to bing-watching:


1. You have an account with almost every TV streaming app or website


Whether it be Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon, Sling or more. We name it, you probably have it.


2. You make every excuse just to stay in and watch TV

I'm sorry I can't go out tonight, I have a Netflix and chill date.....by myself


3. You forget to eat

You get so consumed by watching TV that you forget to eat. But when you do, you stuff your face so you can hurry and get back to binge-watching.


4. You skip class

Why go to class when you can binge-watch?


5. You let binge-watching interfere with sleep

What's sleep? I'm not sure, I'm a professional binge-watcher.


6. You never get anything done because you just can't stop watching TV

"I'm sorry, I can't stop watching 'Grey's.'"


7. You feel like the world is ending when you finish watching all of the seasons to your favorite show
