Enter Cake•This, a single-serve package of cake mixed with frosting that’s both resealable and delicious. (Chances are, you won’t even have leftovers to store — it’s that good!) The start up is a product of a Lehigh University student and her new partner, who worked over the course of a summer entrepreneurship venture to bring the dessert into fruition.
