7 Different Ways To Enjoy Peanut Butter And Banana Snacks
Kaylie Rasnick

If there are two foods meant for each other in this world it would be, peanut-butter and banana. I’m not sure why the combination is so magical but these two foods are definitely a match made in heaven. Through cooking, I have come to find that these two foods are so versatile and can be made in many different ways. The combination of a sweet banana paired with creamy peanut-butter is just simply something that cannot be beat.

I’ve not met many people that do not love this combination, so that is why I have created a list of seven different peanut-butter and banana recipes. All of the recipes listed have only five ingredients or less, and all of these recipes only take about five minutes to whip up. So really there are no excuses not to try them all!

1) Peanut-Butter & Banana Energy Ball:

Starting at the top of the list are peanut-butter & banana energy balls. These are super easy to make and are a healthier option than your traditional granola bar!

Ingredients:

1) 1/2 cup of Peanut-Butter

2) 1 ripe banana mashed

3) 1 1/2 cups of oats

4) 1/3 cup of Maple Syrup

5) 1/3 cup semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
1) Mix the oats and chocolate chips into a bowl

2) In a small bowl add the mashed banana, maple syrup, and peanut butter

3) Combine the two mixtures and mix well

4) Cover the mixture in a refrigerator for 20-30 mins

5) Take out the mixture and start assembling the mixture into little energy balls

6) Store in a container in the refrigerator! And enjoy!

2) Peanut-Butter & Banana Ice Cream

This is a fun twist on ice cream and the taste is absolutely mouthwatering. Tip: try to use frozen bananas because this will give it an ice-cream consistency.

Ingredients:

1) 3 large ripe frozen bananas

Directions:

1) Add the bananas, cocoa powder, and peanut butter into a food processor or a high powered blender

This sweet and creamy smoothie is the best breakfast, snack, or post workout shake. It’s sweet and almost taste like a milkshake. I even snuck in some spinach because of the sweetness of the peanut butter & banana and I promise you won't even taste it!
