Thanks to Beyoncé, lemonade is having a moment. The artist surprised the world by dropping her sixth album last week. The album entitled “Lemonade”, has had social media buzzing about Jay-Z cheating rumors and my taste buds craving a glass of lemonade all week. So in the spirit of her surprise release and to satisfy my need for lemonade, here are some new twists on the classic drink that will make you say, “Hold up, they don’t love you like I love you”.

1. The Faithful Go- To

Although Jay-Z's faithfulness is being questioned right now, this recipe will never fail you. To make this classic cup of lemonade, mix 1/12 cups of lemon juice, ¼ cup of sugar and 5 cups of water. This will give you about 10 cups of lemonade that is ready for all of the awesome add on's you might throw in the mix.

2. Remember You Are a "Fine-apple" Lemonade

Beyoncé knows she's the greatest good Jay-Z is ever going to get. Embrace this "fine-apple" mantra by adding 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice and a bit of lime juice to your lemonade.

3. Water-you-doing-Jay-Z-melon Lemonade

While you attempt to wrap your head around how anyone could even fathom cheating on Beyoncé, sip on this watermelon lemonade. To make it, add about 5 cups of watermelon juice to “The Classic”.

4. Queen B's Lemonade

Need to curb your sour feelings? In case you can't drop a surprise album to vent your emotions, add about 1/3 or 1/2 cup of honey to your lemonade to make everything a little sweeter.

5. Mint-to-be Limeade

Whether or not this relationship is meant to be, I know one thing for sure. Lime and mint are the perfect pair. Replace the lemons in “The Classic” with 1 ½ cups of fresh lime juice and add 2 sprigs of fresh mint.

6. Lav-END-er Lemonade

Is this the end for Beyoncé and Jay-Z? Who knows! But my love for this lavender lemonade will never end. Bring some elegance to your lemonade by adding 1 cup of sugar, ½ cup more lemon juice, 7 sprigs of lavender (including stems in addition to the buds), ½ cup of lime juice and 2 tablespoons of raw honey.

7. I Got 99 Problems but a Peach Ain’t One Lemonade

Toast this one to Jay-Z and pray he can solve all 99 problems that he may or may not have with Beyoncé. You will need to either blend or juice 3 peaches and add that with 2 sprigs of fresh mint.
