Netflix has done it again. They've created one heck of a great show: The Ranch. Starring Ashton Kutcher and Sam Elliot, the show is about the son of a Colorado rancher who returns home from a semi-pro career to help run the family business. Colt (Kutcher) is quite the spitfire who goes head-to-head with anyone around him. The Ranch is a gem of comedic gold that mixes funny with serious life topics. On Friday, part 3 was released on Netflix and since then I've been bingeing the show. Here is why you should watch The Ranch.

1. The Florida references.

Even though I am not a Florida State fan, (how could anyone be, Go Gators!) Colt did graduate from FSU and wears the gear all the time. Represent!

2. They play a lot of country music.

As the name suggests, they play a lot of country music. From the oldies to the more recent hits, it's a great time to be had by all. Their theme song even begins with, "Momma's Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys" and Willie Nelson even sings in the theme song; it's wonderful.

3. The jokes told are hilarious.

The show mocks both sons, Colt and and Rooster, but my personal favorite is the joke above. The snide comments everyone makes towards one another also contribute to making the show hilarious.

4. They throw some serious stuff into the mix, too.

During every season, they talk about the tough stuff. From abortions to politics, this family brings everything to the table over the course of the seasons. While they might make you cry, within 5 minutes you will be laughing your tail off once again- I promise.

5. They are very Republican, but they don't throw it in your face.

They love to mention the greatest president ever (Ronald Reagan for the win!) and how different policies affect the country, but they aren't so "in your face" about it; it makes everything that much better.

6. They are one, big, crazy, happy family.

Yeah they fight and they get mad at one another, but they always have each other's back whenever things go wrong. At the end of the day, that's what family is all about. This show really brings to light the definition of a good, crazy family

So go forth and watch! Enjoy!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
