6 Netflix Shows To Binge Watch Over Spring Break
Geek & Sundry

If you're one of those people who aren't soaking up the rays at the beach, or maybe sloshing down the slopes of Breckenridge, how else are you expected to spend your spring break other than binge-watching a ton of new shows on Netflix? Lucky for you the millennial fave has added a ton of new shows and movies to the mix, available for you to stream right from your bed! Who needs Daytona, right?

1. "Better Call Saul"

For those of you that were big fans of "Breaking Bad," this show is for you. Acting as the prequel to the action show, the series follows the likes of the lawyer Saul Goodman, formerly known as Jimmy McGill, and how he turns into your not-so-typical attorney.

2. "Fuller House"

Many of you might remember the show from our childhood, "Full House." Personally, I can remember watching it from the youngest age I can recall. 20 years later, and Netflix has re-vamped our favorite characters to follow the likes of the “Fullers” in "Fuller House." DJ has come back home with a family of her own. But this time she needs the help of Kimmy, Stephanie, and the rest of her family. With the whole first season available to you on Netflix, it’s perfect for a Spring Break binge!

3. "Saturday Night Live"

An American comedy classic, Netflix has available to you many seasons of this incredible show. Get lost in the comedy of the ages, and see what politicians they decided to make fun of what year. From the newer cast members of Bobby Moynihan going back all the way to classics like Bill Hader and Andy Samberg, just pick a season with your favorites and enjoy! Tina Fey and Amy Poehler fan? There’s a season for that too! Even if you don’t have that much time, it’s the perfect show to pick up anywhere, and chances are you’ll still probably get the laugh of a lifetime!

4. "Saved by the Bell"

Just like "Full House," "Saved by the Bell" is another classic of a '90s kid childhood that was most certainly essential to our TV time, between watching the daily struggles of the beautiful Slater and the hunky Zack and beautiful Kelly, and all our other favorite characters!

5. "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"

There’s nothing TV audiences love more than following the struggles of a group of friends in a big city. That is precisely what this show is, but with a little more of a twist given the friends can all be described as slightly narcissistic and these attitudes can often get in the way of getting work done -- in the form of running their bar.

6. "Reign"

For those of you that are drama fans, "Reign" is the perfect drama show. This series follows Mary, Queen of Scots, and while it is a historical drama, it is filled with various twists and turns to keep any audience interested. With multiple instances of murder, action, romance, and beyond, it’s sure to interest even the most stubborn of streamers!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
