Breaking out of prison is the sexiest thing.

5 Thoughts You Had While Watching 'Prison Break'

While in college, I've binged-watched a lot of shows. Some shows include "Gossip Girl," "Criminal Minds," "Orange Is The New Black" and "Nurse Jackie," which I highly recommend. I started "Prison Break" because my brother was always watching it and never hanging out with me. One night I decided to watch an episode of it with him, and it was the best decision I've made in a long time. If you like hot prisoners and are interested in a journey of freedom and love, then you won't be let down. Here are a few thoughts I had while bingewatching "Prison Break."

1. Wow, Michael Scofield is so hot.

Like I can’t even get over how good looking he is. Especially his tattoos. Who even thought of designing an entire body suit of tattoos with not only a set of blueprints to break out of prison, but with every answer to every predicament he could encounter while breaking out of prison? He’s reminded by an equation, a set of numbers, a couple letters or the face of Satan that’s embedded into his tattoos. Have you noticed his eyes? So blue. I’ve decided I’m actually going to turn into a badass too and that my husband better be covered in tattoos and have crystal blue eyes for me to stare into all the time. Excuse me while I search for my own Michael Scofield.

2. He’s so smart. Do you think I could break out of prison too? Because I totally could.

First of all I hope I never end up in prison, because that would just be awful. Ew. In addition to being an absolute smoke show, he’s a sexy brainiac, like when he’s using traditional prison items such as vinegar or “cute poison” to corrode pipes or eat away at metal overnight. He might as well be a chemist or an engineer or something smart. He can plan an escape plan in the midst of chaos whether it’s in the back of a tractor-trailer truck, a bank, a prison, or the general’s office. One thing you should know about Michael Scofield is that he always has a plan.

3. Can I be Dr. Tancredi?

Sara is the most down-to-earth doctor. I don’t care if she left some door open for cons in order for them to escape. She rocks. So she fell in love with a con and she went through hell to be with him. So what? In actuality he never was a true con. He wanted to go to prison in order to break out his brother who was innocent of a crime and imprisoned due to a setup. Even if it meant being on the run, betraying her doctors oath or killing the mother of the man she loved more, she chose love. I take it she broke doctor-patient confidentiality.

4. Wait––I still don’t understand what Scylla is.

At first I thought it was just a database of all of the company agents, but let me tell you, it is so much more than that. Don’t even make me explain what the company is. I’m pretty sure the company might be real and it does exist. So, Scylla is a computer that houses all of the company’s important data. The data and the six cards which allow access to Scyllacan bring down the company by exposing the members. Or Scylla can be sold to the highest bidder so they can crush them. Scylla then starts dictating the freedom and lives of the cons.

5. I wish I never finished it.

After finishing Prison Break, I don’t know what to do with my life or time, because I’m not watching Prison Break. Will they come out with a new season soon? Now that I’m not watching it there is no Michael Scofield. And now I’m looking at a meme of him that is him plus 50 pounds with the caption, “When you break out of prison, and discover McDonald’s monopoly…” Ugh. Can you not be so rude to Michael Scofield? Thanks!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
