No matter what university it is, there can be some interesting characters you run into when walking to class. Coming from your hometown, you are used to seeing the stereotypical jocks and cheerleaders, but when arriving at college, everything changed. You realize that instead of trying to fit in wth all of the cliche stereotypes like you did in high school, you can express and be the person you want to be. Even if you are running late or dreading the thought of taking the test you are walking to, walking to class can be a great de-stressor, and kind of interesting.
1. This weather is past the point of unbearable.
Between feeling the cold wind hitting your face under a million layers of clothing, to feeling your hair go crazy due to the humidity, walking to class has become a real struggle.
2. What was I thinking when I signed up for this 8:30 class?
College is pretty exhausting. Since you have a ton of homework and tests you are worrying about, and you are pulling a ton of all-nighters, the last thing you are worried about is sleep. Needless to say, 8:30 classes are not your friend.
3. Why is that person wearing shorts and a tank top in 20 degree weather?
ARE YOU CRAZY? Frost-bite kills people, dude.
4. It better not rain today… I definitely did not prepare for this.
5. I wonder what’s going to happen on the next "Grey’s" episode…
Whether we want to admit it or not, we are all addicted to "Grey's Anatomy," and think Meredith and Derek are future goals.
6. There is no way I'm walking 20 minutes ALL the way back to my dorm/apartment...
7. I wonder what I'm going to have for lunch.
8. Am I forgetting something?
9. You start planning ahead for the week.
Through all the hectic, chaotic stuff going on throughout your life, you forget to stop and think about what you have going on that week.
10. This song is seriously my jam.
11. Please let there be no pop quiz or test in this class today...
Because any pop quiz or test ruins everyone's day.
