1. Don't blame everything bad that happens on yourself- sometimes, things just happen and you can't control them. It isn't healthy to believe that you are at the root of all your problems.
2. Find your group of close friends and run with them- when you find the people in your life that accept you no matter what, run with them. Friends are so important in life, so find yours and appreciate them everyday of your life.
3. Don't underestimate family- you are born into your family for a reason, and they can be the best people you know. Don't be afraid to turn to them in a time of need or to just have fun.
4. Trying new things isn't as scary as it seems- sometimes, you figure out the things you enjoy best in life because someone forced you to do it. Don't be afraid to try new things; if it doesn't work out, you can always say that you tried.
5. Be the best version of yourself- don't sell yourself short. Don't assume they you're everyone's least favorite friend, think about yourself the way you think about your friends. Do what you want, even if it isn't the "cool" thing. No matter what, follow your heart.
