Lipstick is fun, they said. You look good, they said.

And you probably did. But not without going through a couple issues first.

1.The need to re-apply is real.

Sometimes (most of the time) you need to re-apply that killer color you put on before leaving the house. And if you get your hands on a mirror, that first look can be quite a shocker. How did it even get there? :/

2.Applying without a mirror.

So you re-apply. Although some people do have the miraculous talent of applying lipstick without needing a visual cue, many fear coloring outside the lines when there no way to see the lines.

3.It gets LITERALLY everywhere.

By the end of the night/day (firm believer in the ability to pull out a stunning color in broad daylight), that color is now on your cheeks, teeth, and above and below your lips. Hence the need to re-apply/fix.

4.TEETH

This one needed its own number. It's a rough time.

You forget for one second your wearing that dark color and BAM: it is now all over your face.

Even though lipstick CAN be a real struggle, we wear it for a reason. I find lipstick quite...magical. Its an instant game changer. You can be whoever you want to be, including the greatness that is YOU, in the right color of lipstick.

Also, you look hot. So wear lipstick. Struggle. Have fun. You deserve it.
