Hey, all you fashionable college ladies. Trying to keep up with the hot spring fashion? Need a way to incorporate the 2015 hottest runway looks into everyday style? Look no further than this ultra chic style guide on the big five for what is #trending this season. XOXO
1. All chevron everything. This generally white-and-one-other-color arrow pattern somehow reemerges as a popular look every spring here in the South. And low and behold, it's back again and as Easter-y than ever. Dawn this dizzying trend and wow the masses at your ability to predict the fashion future.
2. Glasses that don't help you see. Fondly referred to as “readers" by the more urban grunge population, this trend is quickly becoming the new pseudo medical accessory of moment. Pick up a pair at your local Urban Outfitters, or just pop the lenses out of some real glasses for maximum realistic appearance.
3. Very high buns. Ah, the charismatically chaotic high bun. This messy-on-purpose hair-do is the hair equivalent of stylish sweatpants -- super easy and requiring minimum effort, but yielding maximum fashionable and too-cool-to-care results.
4. Even higher high-waisted shorts. The increase in temperature of the coming summer months also means the increase in the height of women's shorts. Try pairing this look with a cropped top for an outfit that minimizes your torso, and will make your legs seem like they quite possibly take up 75 percent of your body frame.
5. Chacos. Oh, they'll be back. It's about as guaranteed as daylight savings.
