We can all agree that every year, summer just goes by way to fast. But, I think it's fair to say, that after summer, fall is the next greatest time of the year. Between the weather, the holidays and the overall tone of fall, it's pretty amazing. And overall, it's a beautiful season. The leaves are changing, the weather cools, and everything pumpkin and apple takes over the shelves. Summer may be coming to an end, but it's time to love all things fall, and here's why.

1. The food.

Pumpkin and apple everything has taken over every grocery store and coffee shop-- from cookies, to ice cream, to coffee. It's definitely one of the tastiest seasons.

2. The clothes.

Sweater weather, and leggings as pants-- enough said.

3. The scents.

It's a happy day when Bath & Body Works releases their fall scents and it's easily the best smells. Who doesn't love pumpkin apple?!

4. Halloween.

Best holiday, hands down. The treats, the candy, the movies-- whoever invented Halloween traditions knew what they were doing for sure.

5. It just makes you feel good.

It's a season of change, between the leaves changing colors and the weather cooling. It just puts you in that cozy and comfy feel good type of mood.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
