These no bake granola bars take five minutes to make, and they're perfect for on the go. I'm at work and school 40-50 hours a week, and these are amazing for that. You can substitute almost anything for the nuts, the butters, and you can add any fruit you like. This month I added some peppermint to these too!
Line an eight by eight pan with foil.
In a large bowl, mix together two and a half cups of oats, one cup of pumpkin (or sunflower, or cashews), and a half cup of raisins.
In another bowl, medium sized, mix together two thirds a cup of peanut butter (or almond or sunflower literally whatever you want, half a cup of agave nectar, and a pinch of salt. This is easier to do in a food processor if we're being honest. Add in the oat mixture and combine until super sticky.
Put this mixture in your pan, let it set for a few hours, and its done!
So quick, so easy. Add some choco chips too if you're feeling crazy!
