We are nearly at the end of October, but there is still time to watch horror movies. Here are 5 horror movies you need to watch before October is over.
1. IT (2017)
Honestly, If you haven't heard about this classic reboot than you must have been living under a rock. The remake of the famous 1990 version has everything that its original does, plus some sweet special effects that up the horror aspect.
2. Annabelle: Creation
Annabelle: Creation was one of the scarier paranormal movies that I experienced this year. This is a prequel to the earlier "Annabelle" movies. This movie tells the tale of how Annabelle the doll came into existence. The storyline is thrilling, and the jumpscares won't fail to catch you off guard.
3. The Blair Witch Project
The Blair Witch Project is an oldie, but a goodie. I would rate this movie as one of the best found-footage films ever. The film tells the story of three film students who have traveled to small town to collect footage about the legendary local murder; the Blair Witch. This movie is definitely dark and ominous.
4. The Babadook
This movie is chilling, I'm not going to lie. It tells the story of a widow and her son. The son starts talking about a monster, and it turns out that the monster entered their home through the pages of a children's book. Yeah, nightmare fuel.
5. It Follows
Last but not least, we have this cinematic gem. "It Follows" The movie is about a teenager who finds out that she is the latest recipient of a fatal curse that is passed victim to victim via sexual intercourse. Bare with me, it sounds stupid a first, but when she is stalked by the creep, she has to find a way to defeat the monster, with the help of her friends. All in all, its a good movie.
