HBO has been the titan of releasing some of the best television content out there. And although Netflix and Hulu are giving HBO a run for its money, there are tons of top-notch HBO TV shows that are worth your time.

If you're ready to do some HBO binge-watching, be sure to check out these 5 amazing, well-done TV shows you can stream right now!

1. "Chernobyl"

Relive and learn more about one of the worst man made disasters in history with this HBO mini series about the Chernobyl nuclear power plant.

2. "Big Little Lies"

Season 1 of "Big Little Lies" was fantastic, and now Season 2 is back with the ladies of Monterey and the addition of queen Meryl Streep!

3. "Veep"

"Veep" has sadly ended after 7 incredible seasons. But if you haven't yet watched, you need to tune in for hilarious insults, mediocracy from all the characters and Julia Louis Dreyfus' perfect portrayal of Vice President Selina Meyer.

4. "The Wire"

"The Wire" is an absolute classic, some of the absolute best television out there. If you've never watched this show, the time is now to stream it on HBO in its entirety.

5. "Curb Your Enthusiasm"

This show is pretty, pretty, pretty good. This show was created by and stars Larry David, and his unique brand of humor makes this series a must-watch.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

1. My school is incredibly unique.

2. I am not just a number at my school.

3. I feel like I am contributing something to the community.

5. My professors know me and I feel that I can easily communicate with them.
