Here is a list of the best places or events around Phoenix to take some Instagram worthy fall photos.

1. Vertuccio Farms

Not only does Vertuccio farms have a corn maze and a whole bunch of pumpkins to pick from, but they also have a massive field of sunflowers and all the cute farm animals you can imagine. Their Fall Festival goes through November 5th!

2. Tolmachoff Farms

If you want that cute pumpkin patch pic you've been seeing all over your Instagram feed, this is the place to go. As a fun bonus, their 6-acre corn maze turns into a haunted "Field of Screams" at night.

3. Carefree's Enchanted Pumpkin Garden

Get your photo with one of the biggest pumpkins in Arizona (this year it's 672 lbs), or with all of the 3-D carved pumpkins and scarecrows around the gardens! They have a corn maze and all kinds of fall food trucks too!

4. Salt River Fields Balloon Spooktacular

On October 27th and 28th Salt river fields will be hosting a hot air balloon festival with live music, a costume contest, and a free haunted trail!. You can even buy a ticket for a tethered ride on the hot air balloons. This is the perfect location for a pretty unique fall photoshoot.

5. Oak Creek Canyon

If you're really craving that perfect photo with some fall colored foliage, it's just a short 2-hour drive up to Oak Creek Canyon. Hike the west fork trail for the best photos.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
