Calling all couples! Spooky season, also known as fall, is coming up very soon! I know that I am not the only one super excited for Halloween and all the other festive fall events coming up! Now, I am a mixture of wanting to do all the spooky thrill stuff during the fall and also just wanting to go apple picking on a Sunday morning so I made a perfect list for all my couples who love spooky things and for the couple who just wants a nice relaxing fall date! Here are five spooky season ideas and five relaxing fall dates.

1. Ghost Tours

A ghost tour is a perfect date idea during spooky season. This is also for those couples who are history fanatics and love the thrill of the past.

2. Haunted Hayrides

Don't sleep on this one! Haunted hayrides are the perfect way for you and your boyfriend/girlfriend to bond all while getting that jump scare and thrill vibe!

3. Scary Movie Marathon

Especially for my new couples, this is easy and affordable all while experiencing something scary and fun together! My personal favs are the Halloween Michael Myers films.

4. Explore a Haunted Area Together

One of the best places to do this is in Salem, Massachusetts where the Witch Trials happened. That place has tons of areas that are told to be very haunted or you could visit places in your local area that are told to be haunted as well!

5. Fright Fest

This one is one of my favs... What better way to get into the spooky season than doing in an interactive activity like this? Fright fest can be different all over the country but the best part is dressing up and really getting into that Halloween spirit.

6. Apple Picking

If you just want to have a relaxing date during the fall, apple picking is perfect.

7. Pumpkin Picking

Probably one of my favorite dates during the fall. After you pick pumpkins, you can go home and either paint your pumpkin, carve it, or make it into a pie!

8. Bonfire

Another one of my favs where the two of you can get cozy in the crisp air and maybe make some s'mores.

9. Take a Ride to See the FoliageĀ

This one is so much fun for the couples who are into adventure! Take a ride to see the leaves change colors!

10. Fall Photo Shoot

This one is for all my camera lovin' couples! Throw on some flannels and take some nice fall pictures together!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast ā€œBirthdayā€ on anyoneā€™s birthday. I knew all of the words to ā€œBack In The U.S.S.Rā€ by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. Iā€™m not someone to ā€œfangirlā€ but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

The best superpower ever? Being invisible of course. Imagine just being able to go from seen to unseen on a dime. Who wouldn't want to have the opportunity to be invisible? Superman and Batman have nothing on being invisible with their superhero abilities. Here are some things that you could do while being invisible, because being invisible can benefit your social life too.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
