5 Best Movies To Get You In The Christmas Spirit

If you're anything like me, it takes a bit more than cold weather to put you in the "Christmas Spirit." When I remember the Christmas seasons from my past, I remember five movies distinctively. I can always count on them to make me crave hot chocolate, milk and cookies, and Christmas fun!

1. "Elf"

Buddy knows the best way to spread Christmas cheer!

2. "A Christmas Story"

If you haven't aready seen this movie, or even if you have, I triple dog dare you to watch it this Christmas season.

3. "Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas"

This one is for those of us who have a little bit of "grinch" in us.

4. "The Polar Express"

With this movie, we only got one rule: never, ever let it [hot chocolate] cool!

5. "It's A Wonderful Life"

I have heard from countless people that I need to watch this movie, and I have promised myself that this is the year I will finally do it!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
