5 Activities That I Am Looking Forward To This Summer

5 Activities That I Am Looking Forward To This Summer

Summertime! The hottest days of the year are filled with family trips, sunny vacations, yummy ice cream, and much more fun and excitement! Since summer is just around the corner, here are some things that I definitely can’t wait to dive into…

1. Meeting Old Friends

I’m so excited to go home! I can’t wait to surprise some of my high school friends at work and go out with them! I love hearing their stories, whether they are long talks about hard classes, new friends, or remembering old memories. Being with them makes me so happy and reminds me of the young years!

2. Beach Trips!

My mom has told me on multiple instances that I must have been a fish in my past life (hahaha!) because I love water so much! The best part of this summer is that I intend to go to the beach and get into the water for so many hours! I love walking the Virginia Beach boardwalk and eating some ice cream after a day in the sun!

3. Water Parks!

I love a sense of speed and excitement and what better way to do that than at Water Country! I usually go to the park 3-4 times in the summer with family and friends! The long lines and crazy tan lines are worth the fun and memories that you get from these days!

4. Vacation and Road Trip!

Every 1-2 years, my family decides to take a trip aboard or even just touring the US. This semester has definitely put me to the test, so I am greatly looking forward to a trip to relive all the worries and tensions!

5. MCAT Prep!

The longest and most tiresome task that I have this summer is probably studying for the biggest exam of my college career! You know how stressed I’m going to be so send some good thoughts, wishes, and hopefully cookies my way!


These next few days are not going to be easy, so remember to stick your head above the water and persevere! Every time you think and worry about failure, know that the end is near and fun times are almost here!!!
