4 Types Of People We All Dislike

My personal list of people who really annoy me.

Let's be honest: some people just rub us the wrong way. You try to cooperate with them, but they really test your patience. You have to continuously remind yourself the simple lesson your mom taught you to be kind and understanding, but they really push your limits. It seems the more you try to connect with them, the worse they become. They're annoying, frustrating, and at the end of the day, you wish that they'd just shut up. Some people are worse than others, but I think we can all agree that these four really grind our gears.

1. The Know-It-All

He knows everything about everything and 95 percent of the time what you know is wrong. This guy is always right, always has to have things his way, and always knows what’s best. Think you might know the answer to that question? Think you might know the best way to get there? Well, you're wrong cause this guy knows it all.

2. The Drama Queen

This is the girl who drives us all nuts. She's the girl who is always starting fights or is always screaming about something. Everything is a big deal to her. She always feels like every insignificant problem in her day is a disaster of Hurricane Katrina proportions. This is the type of girl you probably don't want to room with in college, cause she might just have a meltdown over a blender. She can take something that is unimportant and turn it into a big deal. She is constantly jumping from guy to guy and she fights with her friends so much it'll make your head spin. Whether it is because she's seeking attention or she has some sort of emotional disaffection, she just can't help herself; she habitually responds to situations in a melodramatic way.

3. The Victim

This is probably the most annoying person of all. She pretends like she doesn't know why there’s so much drama in her life and that she "just got sucked in." She acts stressed and worried and can't seem to figure out why this happened to her. She plays the victim and blames you or others for the drama in her life. She "just wants peace" and is upset that she "got dragged into this.” She can't take responsibility for anything and she just can't seem to understand why this would happen to her, after all, she's never done anything wrong. It's never the victim's fault.

4. The Pot-Stirrer

Don't tell this guy your secrets. In fact, don't tell them anything unless you want everyone else knowing about it. This guy is untrustworthy and loves drama. He'll over exaggerate and tell everyone anything you say. This guy is the last person you want to vent to. He pretends to pick sides in an argument, but he'll never choose just one. He's always got the latest gossip and can always tell you what the other person had to say. This is the kid who randomly screenshots a twitter post and sends it to you, claiming that he's sure it is about you. You have to be careful what you say around this guy.

At the end of the day, I try my best to avoid these people, but we all know it's not easy. Sometimes just laughing it off is the best way to handle it. And even though dealing with one of these types of people can be frustrating, just be glad that your not dealing with a know-it-all drama queen who can't keep her mouth shut and likes to play the victim card.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
