We all know the struggle of not so clear skin. It sometimes can feel impossible to get rid of all the bad breakouts, and nothing is more frustrating than trying to tame the zits and not getting any result. However, there are a lot of simple ways to keep skin clear!

1. Make sure to wash you face

This may sound like a broken record and obvious, but it is super important to make sure you wash your face twice a day! This will ensure that you start and end the day with a fresh clean face and will keep you and your pores happy!

2. Drink lots of water

Staying hydrated is vital for every aspect of your body. Drinking lots of water keeps your skin moisturized and clears skin cells of waste, so get your H2O on!

3. Avoid greasy foods

As great as these foods taste, they are advocates for bad breakouts! Oily food equals more oily skin which leads to easier access for zits, so try to limit how many times you consume these!

4. Avoid touching your face throughout the day

One major contributor to acne is constantly touching your face.Your hands are full of germs and oils from throughout the day that can clog your pores and cause breakouts. It can be tough to avoid doing considering that most of the time we do this subconsciously so try to be aware of it. This is a big step on the pathway to clear skin!

If you have problems with stubborn acne, try these tips. Not only is it great for clear skin but for your whole body as well!

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
