Because as you stand on that white line waiting for your coach to blow the whistle for the five hundreth time, you would do some sick, sick stuff to get out of doing this next sprint....

1. Jump off a bridge

2. Eat nails.

3. Dye my hair green.

4. Eat dog food.

5. Lick a tree.

6. Chase an alligator.

7. Swim with sharks.

8. Watch Kim Kardashian for 72 hours straight.

9. Produce a LifeTime movie.

10. Eat a chicken nugget off the floor of McDonalds.

11. Stick my face in boiling oil.

12. Jump off a building with a sheet as a parachute.

13. Drink gasoline.

14. Watch the Browns play.

15. Wear only a loin cloth to work.

16. Marry my dog.

17. Stick my head in a lions mouth.

18. Stub my toe a million times in a row on granite.

19. Eat a light bulb.

20. Drink hot wax.

21. Use the pavement as a slip in slide.

22. Live with ostriches for a year.

23. Light myself on fire.

24. Chew dog hair.

25. Cut off a finger…or 6.

26. Read the entire English dictionary…four times through.

27. Attack a bee hive.

28. Insinuate that Beyonce is anything less than perfect.

29. Roll down a hill in a porta-pot.

30. Lick a stray cat.

31. Jump into a volcano.

32. Chew off my own leg.

33. Eat cement.

34. Pour hot sauce up my nose.

35. Jump in front of two busses barreling towards each other with fire breathing dragons on top of them.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
