Anyone can convince themselves that they're in love and it's easy to believe it when someone says it to you. But there is more to an "I love you" than just those three little words. We remind those we love that we love them each day, and they remind us - most of the time without even saying it. Here is a list of 33 ways we say "I love you" even when we don't actually say it.

1. "I saw this and I thought of you"

2. "How was your exam?"

3. "How did you sleep last night?"

4. Picking up their favorite candy when you're at the store.

5. "Your hair looks great like that."

6. Putting two sugars in their coffee when they only ask for one because you know they like it better that way.

7. "I'm proud of you!"

8. Attending an event that means a lot to them (or that they're performing in)

9. "Tell your family I say hello!"

10. "I heard this song earlier today - it made me think of you."

11. Waiting up for them to get home.

12. "Call me when you get home!"

13. A surprise visit just because.

14. Bringing them lunch at work or between classes.

15. "You were right."

16. Holding their hair or rubbing their back when they're sick.

17. "You can pick the movie tonight!"

18. "I really want your opinion on something."

19. Sharing a secret.

20. Leaving a sweet note for them to find during their day.

21. A quick kiss.

22. Making time, even when you have a lot going on.

23. Making their favorite food.

24. Trying something new together!

25. "You should take a break - you work too hard!"

26. "Do you need any help?"

27. Be kind to their friends, or better yet, be friends with them too.

28. Call just to check in and hear their voice.

29. "You can have the last slice."

30. "Don't forget your umbrella/jacket - it's raining/cold outside."

31. Post a photo together!

32. Be their sounding board for rants after tough days.

33. Say "I love you" when they're not expecting it & don't ever think you can say it too much

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
