Chinese food makes me proud of my culture and heritage. While eating a cow's stomach lining may seem gross to others, I don't give it a second thought. Almost every time my parents wanted to go out to eat, we would often pick a Chinese restaurant. We would drive long distances to try out a restaurant's specialty dish and compare it to the many other restaurants we previously tried. The more Chinese restaurants we went to, however, I started noticing similarities between all of them. I realized the thoughts I had were the same every time I went to a Chinese restaurant. I'm sure you have these thoughts as well.

1. These floors are sticky.

2. Actually, I heard that the stickier the floors, the more authentic the food is.

3. It's been 15 years and this waiter STILL works here?

4. Oh look, they have an aquarium!

5. Wait... why are they scooping up a fish?

6. Oh, that's why...

7. Ooo what's my Chinese Zodiac?

8. This napkin cloth smells so bad.

9. Why did the waiter give me a fork? I didn't ask for a fork... I wanted to use chopsticks.

10. Are these chopsticks even washed?

11. In fact, is anything washed?

12. I think this Lazy Susan is broken.

13. Smh this tea is just bitter brown water.

14. Why are the soy sauce and chili sauce bottles so sticky?

15. Here comes the food!

16. Wait... where's the rice?

17. I can't eat anything without the rice!

18. I'm pretty sure there's enough oil in this dish to pollute the ocean.

19. Did I just touch gum under the table??

20. I can't eat the duck if the duck's head is staring at me.

21. I need more rice!!

22. OMG this is so good.

23. Is that a hair in the meat? EWWW.

24. Why does every Chinese restaurant bathroom smell so bad?

25. Did that couple really just order orange chicken?

26. MORE RICE!!

27. I'm full but I'm still eating because this tastes amazing.
