With election day right around the corner, politics seem to be consuming all of our everyday conversations. Put your political opinions aside and talk about something new for a change. You probably can't agree on a candidate, but you might agree on the answers to a few of these questions.

Would you rather...

1. Only be able to whisper or only be able to shout?

2. Wear a snow suit in the desert, or be naked in Antarctica?

3. Never be able to open your mouth or never be able to close your eyes?

4. Have a beautiful house and ugly car, or an ugly house and a beautiful car?

5. Always get first dibs or the last laugh?

6. Be born with an elephant trunk or a giraffe neck?

7. Have everyone know the details of your finances or the details of your love life?

8. Share a cubicle with a noisy colleague or a nosy colleague?

9. Use eye drops made of vinegar or toilet paper made from sandpaper?

10. See into the future or change the past?

11. Have a song stuck in your head forever or dream the same thing every night?

12. Be completely forgotten or hatefully remembered?

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.
