25 Thoughts While Listening To Adele's '25'

Adele is finally back, and after dropping "Hello" a few weeks ago, I've been anticipating the release of her new album, "25." I knew going into this she was gonna give me all the feels, but I was not expecting this many. Props to you, Adele.

  1. Wow, why don’t I sound like that?
  2. I sound like a dying cat when I try to sing.
  3. How many feels is she going to make me feel?
  4. Already too many feels and it’s the first song.
  5. Hello to you too.
  6. Can I just send this album to my ex?
  7. Is this a tear forming?
  8. Stop with the feels already.
  9. This is a break up album.
  10. Every heartbroken person can just blare this.
  11. You can just hear the pain in her voice.
  12. Feels.
  13. So. Many. Feels.
  14. Next time I’m driving alone, I’m blaring this.
  15. Is this all about the same ex?
  16. Their relationship is a roller coaster.
  17. I’m sure you’ll love again, Adele.
  18. Guys probably swoon for your voice.
  19. Maybe they’re scared you’ll write a song about them though.
  20. Are they getting back together?
  21. See this is such a roller coaster relationship.
  22. You hated him at one point.
  23. Now he’s your sweetest devotion.
  24. You don’t have to be what he wants to be, be what you want to be.
  25. Too many feels, prepare yourself for next time.

But really this is totally worth the $10.99 price on iTunes. I know what I'll be blaring during my next break up or just when I'm having too many feels.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
